Werner De Laet
CEO
Werner De Laet graduated in Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Management School in Brussels and obtained an MBA from the Vlerick Management School in Ghent. He began his career in the financial world at Arthur Andersen where he gained experience in financial control of companies, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Five years later, Werner De Laet joined SIPEF, an agro-industrial group, where he managed the information system and financial control. In 1998, Werner joined Mobistar as Financial Information Systems Manager. He quickly rose through the ranks to become a Business Unit Finance Manager. In 2001, appointed Head of Business Controlling, he reported to the Chief Financial Officer in a direct line. Since 1 June 2006, Werner De Laet manages the general financial policy Mobistar. Werner De Laet has taken office as CEO of Orange Luxembourg as from May 15th 2013.
France-Diane Hardy
Customer Relationship Director
France Diane arrives from Mobistar and is in charge of all our front, back offices, client support activities. France-Diane was previously managing the Business and Corporate Contact Centers at Mobistar in Belgium. With her 25-years experience collected in Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, she spent the formative years of her career as self-employed. She evolved in a variety of environments from multi-nationals to small offices exploring facets of the adverting sectors (press, radio, display and production) and the telecommunications. As Sr. Marketing Manager at MCI Belgium she developed a Contact Center performing acquisition activities while in the meantime, she started Retention campaigns “against the grain” during the telecom golden years mainly focused on the selling mode. She understood that the real way to reduce the churn consists to proactively guide the customer step by step during his lifecycle. “Each contact with a customer is a real opportunity to reinforce the relationship. “ Having built her knowledge thanks to her operational experience, France-Diane “feels” the business expectations and prefers qualitative actions through the customer base instead of scuds’ operations on a larger audience .

Françoise Roche
Director HR & Finance
A graduate of the Reims Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Françoise started her career as an internal auditor with the Banque Populaire Toulouse-Pyrénées. She then joined the Europcar group for 7 years as an internal auditor then the head of Consolidation and Reporting. After this she became Financial Controller at the OGF group. In 2004 she left Paris for Luxembourg and joined Dimension Data as CFO, from where she switched to Orange Luxemourg in 2006 to take on the position of Director - HR & Finance. She is responsible for the Accounting, Controlling, Credit collection and Human Resources departments.
Richard Peiffer
Director Corporate Sales
For the last 18 years Richard Peiffer has evolved in the telecommunications industry mainly in the B2B segment. Having worked for several operators Richard joined Orange Luxembourg in 2003 and is responsible for all commercial activities for B2B customers as well as the B2B back-office.
Jeannot Grethen
Director Sales Business Development & Regulatory
Jeannot Grethen has worked in the telecommunication industry during his whole professional career. In 1992 he joined CTTL Ericsson Luxembourg SA as a Sales Manager for telecommunication systems. After this he held the position of commercial director at a main telecom service provider in Luxembourg. As of January 2004 he is responsible for sales, distribution and regulations at Orange Luxembourg. Jeannot Grethen defines, supervises and controls all sales strategies.
Thierry Iafrate
Marketing & Communication Director
Starting with France Telecom in 1994, Thierry Iafrate has first been involved for 6 years in operational activities like the network maintenance of the local loop, the settlement of real time flows in materials distribution managing small as larger teams in France. He also worked in Quality processes improvements with Global One, an international joint venture between France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom and Sprint. He moved to Orange R&D in 2001 to set up a worldwide customer perception barometer with the Orange labs before taking the lead in 2003 of a research team in market intelligence. In 2007, he joined the growth from innovation initiative of Orange corporate and shared is life between France and Spain where he was fully involved in marketing, product improvements and management. After a first position in Orange Communications Luxembourg as product & service manager in 2011, he joined the Director board for Marketing and Communication beginning 2012. He graduated an MBA in Marseille in 1993.
